Mandate Access
A protected environment for authorised participants.
Mandate Access is a protected environment for authorised participants in a specific matter. Access is granted only after the recipient has been identified, qualified where appropriate, and approved for the material relevant to that matter.
Once admitted, an authorised recipient is invited into a mandate-specific Reading Room containing only the material they have been permitted to review. Access follows the principal's agreed disclosure rules and the recipient's role in the matter.
No general catalogue lies behind this entrance. Each Reading Room belongs to one accepted mandate and contains only the material that the recipient has been authorised to review.
Depending on the mandate and the recipient's role, this may include approved photographs, plans, evidence schedules, professional reports, transaction information, financial or technical material, authorised media and other records relevant to the matter.
Admission is not a reward, membership status or expression of social standing. It arises from a defined role in an entrusted matter.
Access is individual, role-specific and revocable. Admission does not imply membership, client status or authority beyond the matter for which access has been granted.
A note on access
Access is granted individually and in relation to a specific mandate or matter. Authorised recipients receive a secure invitation directly from the House. There is no public access, and each recipient may review only the material for which they have been approved.
Depending on the matter, admission may include confirmation of identity, relevance, professional role, authority, transaction readiness, funding capacity or other mandate-specific requirements. Sensitive information is requested or disclosed only where appropriate and through a suitably protected channel.
Within the Reading Room
The Edition follows the recipient's authority.
A D. GOLDENBERG FRÈRES ET CIE Edition placed within Mandate Access is not a public publication. Each recipient receives only the Edition, version and supporting material authorised for their role in the mandate.
An Edition may be corrected, superseded or withdrawn as the matter develops. Access to one Edition creates no entitlement to another mandate, another recipient category or additional residence material.
